With 30 years of healthcare leadership experience, 23 in the Chicago Market, Kathy is a seasoned observer of opportunities and threats affecting organizations and the healthcare executives that run them. Her keen interest in finding ways for executives to be more networked, more effective in their use of market data to take more risks is a key driver of Leading Health. Her passion is making change happen: execution is the focus. Her experience in building partnerships led to the creation of synergistic and sustainable relationships that could be replicated to increase the speed of change
In 2008 Kathy created DeVine Healthcare Consulting to provide advice and counsel to CEOs on the pressing issues and to lend experience and objectivity to strategy formulation and execution.
